Holly McLean lebt und arbeitet in Glasgow. Zu den jüngsten Ausstellungen gehören: If you get the knees right the rest will follow bei Collective, Edinburgh, Visions in the Nunnery P1 2020, Bow Arts, London und Bloomberg New Contemporaries 2019. Ihre Arbeiten wurden international auf Filmfestivals in London, Kassel, Leeds, Glasgow, Albuquerque und Berlin gezeigt.

Holly McLean lives and works in Glasgow. Using the mediums of video and collage her  work fuses aspects of fictional and documentary storytelling to explore experiences of female  identity. Knitting personal accounts together with elements of nature, science and culture to  create new speculative, rebellious and feminist narratives.
